Event Information

1. Deadlight is a one-shot game, meaning that it will happen once ever over the course of the July 25-July 26 2025 weekend.
2. Deadlight is run at the Sturbridge Host Hotel and Conference Center in Sturbridge, MA.
3. On Friday July 25, there will be an RP only in-game party that will run from 8pm-1am. This will help set-up themes of the game. If you are unable to attend this for out-of-game reasons, your character will join the ship the following day. In the event that you are unable to attend the Friday portion of game, we will assure that your character has significant and meaningful tie-in to the game.
4. The full combat portion of the game will run 1pm-2am on Saturday July 26. There is a soft break for dinner from 7:00pm-8:30pm; RP will continue during dinner. Players are responsible for their own food, but there is a full restaurant on site. Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided over the course of the game.
5. Deadlight is not currently seeking NPCs.

Payment Information

1. Deadlight costs $100 to play; tickets are refundable up to one month in advance of the game (June 25 2025).
2. You are responsible for your own lodging if you choose to acquire lodging; there is an option in the player registration for seeking roommates.
3. Deadlight has a cap of 40 PCs. Registration opens January 1 2025 and closes July 10 2025. Tickets are sold first-come, first-serve with all payments due July 10 2025. If you need to pay at a later date but would like to reserve your spot on the list, please be in contact with us at witchtowers@gmail.com.
4. You can pay for Deadlight via PayPal to witchtowers@gmail.com. In the PayPal memo, include “Deadlight One-Shot Payment [Full Name and Email].” You will receive a manual receipt of your payment. If you are paying cash, please send an email to witchtowers@gmail.com to reserve your spot. Please do not submit payment until January 1 2025.
